1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. Plaintiff A is the husband of F, and Plaintiff B and C are F’s children, and Defendant E is the doctor affiliated with Defendant D Hospital (hereinafter “Defendant Hospital”).
B. F, around October 1976, after receiving the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis, and around 1986, caused the destruction of the right-hand pulmonary leaves and the pulmonary tensions, etc., and was under continuous tracking treatment in the respiratory part of the Defendant hospital, and around October 10, 201, the Defendant hospital was in the emergency room of the Defendant hospital.
C.
