A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 20, 2020, at around 03:04, the Defendant: (a) committed assault on the front of Jeju City B, that read “A, a man under the influence of alcohol,” and “A person under the influence of alcohol,” following the 112 report, the Defendant: (b) confirmed the details of the report to the reporter by the light captain E belonging to the D District District of the Jeju East Police Station D District called the Jeju Eastdong Police Station; and (c) took the Defendant’s bath view, such as “Isely Chewing, Chewing,” “Isely ma,” and “Is the face part of E in the face of the E in the hands of the Defendant.”

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties of police officers on public peace and maintenance of order.

2. On May 20, 2020, the Defendant, at around 03:10 on May 20, 202, arrested a police officer as a flagrant offender committing an obstruction of performance of official duties and boarded the police officer as a flagrant offender committing an act of violence against the police officer, such as assaulting the F’s arms and parts of the police officer assigned to the said D Zone, on the course of patroling the police officer.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties concerning the arrest of police officers in flagrant offenders.

3. At around 04:29 on May 20, 2020, the Defendant: (a) was arrested as a flagrant offender at the Jeju Dong Police Station D District in G in Jeju, and was arrested as a flagrant offender at the obstruction of performance of official duties and sent the Defendant in the atmosphere from D District to the Jeju Dong Police Station in order to carry the Defendant in the atmosphere from D District to the Jeju Dong Police Station, the Defendant was able to take one time the face part of the Gyeong Y’s face at the end of the grass’s left hand; and (b) the Defendant was able to take several faces of the slope H in the head while moving along the patrol lane.

On May 20, 2020, the Defendant continued to sit in the office of the criminal watch keeping room of the Jeju East Police Station located in the 66th Dongdong-ro, Jeju, Jeju on May 20, 2020, stating that “I am son, I am son, I am son, I am am dead, I am am dead, I am am son, I am am.” The Defendant am a part of F’s shoulder, because F was about to go off the Defendant’s hand by her being shot at the Jeju East Police Station D District Unit of the Jeju East Police Station.
