A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

On May 18, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for an injury, etc. in the Daejeon District Court's Branch of the Daejeon District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence on October 15, 2017.

1. Around August 26, 2018, the Defendant ordered the victim C (here, 69 years of age) who is a business owner in the building located in the Dong-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Yannam-si on August 26, 2018, but assaulted the victim’s face two times by demanding payment of the drinking value in advance and demanding that the victim would not sell alcoholic beverages.

2. On October 8, 2018, the Defendant was in de facto marital relationship with the victim D.

On October 8, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 21:35, 2018, on the ground that he wanted to have four children live in the E-House, Nam-gu, Dong-gu, Dong-gu, Dong-gu, to report on the house of the victim; (b) the victim collected the password of another entrance and intruded into the dwelling room; and (c) the victim’s dwelling.

3. On June 21, 2019, around 12:50 on June 21, 2019, the Defendant found that he/she wanted to report the victim D’s house located in the Dongnam-gu, Dongnam-gu, Dongdong-gu E apartment F, and opened a sound to the effect that he/she sees the f’s front door reading center, sees the f’s front door reading center, opens the door door, and opens the door.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's residence.
