Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

except that the above sentence shall be executed for a period of four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Intrusion upon residence;

A. On September 23, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 03:54 on September 23, 2018, the victim C, located in Suwon-si B, for which the victim C had opened the door of the No. D and infringed upon the victim’s residence.

B. At around 03:55 on the same day, the Defendant opened a door at the victim E’s home and intruded the victim’s residence.

C. At around 04:13 on the same day, the Defendant opened a door in Hho Lake and intruded on the victim’s residence.

2. Around September 23, 2018, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (or quasi-Rape in prison) opened a door that is not set aside by the victim I (the victim, the 21-year old age), and intrudes on the victim's residence when he/she lives in J, and opened a door that is not set up, and lets the locked victim into his/her hand and her chests.

The defendant, after being frightened by the victim's body in the opposite part of the defendant, frightened the victim's body, and she was frightened by the victim's body, she was frightened by the victim's her hand, she was frightened by the victim's her hand, and her resistance was obstructed by the victim's her hand, and her finger was frightened by the victim's hand.

Accordingly, the Defendant infringed upon the victim’s residence and commits similar rape.
