A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

On February 22, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to one year to imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, etc. in the Daejeon District Court's Support for the Incheon District Court on February 22, 2012 and completed the execution of the sentence in the Incheon Prison on December 12, 2012.

2. 3. Around 03:22 on July 25, 2013, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (thief, Rape, etc.) was intruded into the building through a string door, which is open, in front of the residence of the victim J (Inn, 55 years of age) located in Yannam-gu, Dongnam-gu.
