Punishment of the crime

around 21:40 on June 10, 2013, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol on the roadside of “C Frequency” located in Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City.

The victim E (ma, 52 years of age) who is a police officer belonging to the Seoul Western Police Station D District D District D District D District D District D, called the Defendant at the time of the report, and the Defendant publicly insultd the victim by openly citing the victim’s statement as follows: (a) the victim’s f and 2 employees in the name of the F and his name in which the said frequency is operated; and (b) the f and fluencing person’s name; and (c) the victim’s personal bruction in the flusium; (d) the flusium, flusium, flusium, and flusium.
