At around 01:00 on May 15, 2013, the Defendant: (a) 112 reported and sent out by the Defendant to the victim F, a police officer affiliated with the Sejong Cancer Police Station Emba, who was called the “nicker’s young people” in Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul, sent out the victim F, who was a police officer of the Sejong Cancer Police Station Emba Police Station, “I am not aware of the location of DNA real estate; (b) am fright of a bitch of a bitch of a bitch of a bitch of a bitch of a bitch of a bitch of a bitch of a bitch of a bitch of a bitch of a bitch of a bitch of a bitch of a bitch of a bitch,” thereby openly insulting the victim.
