1. The Defendant’s KRW 3,00,000 as well as 5% per annum from December 3, 2015 to November 10, 2016 to the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The Plaintiff is a pastor in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, for the first floor Diplomatic Association, who is engaged in activities as a pastor, and the Defendant is a person who collects and sells building materials in the above 107 commercial building.
B. From 2010 to 2010, the Defendant: (a) was in dispute with the Plaintiff’s family members and the church believerss by removing the advertising board installed at the above church; and (b) was set up on the street the said apartment street “I Dop Dop Dop Dop Dop Dop Dop Dop Dop Dop Dop Dop Dop Dop Dop Dop Dop Dop Dop Dop Dop Dop Dop Dop Dop Do,” and “I will voluntarily remove the advertisement board installed at the above church by July 25, 2015; and (c) was placed at the entrance, entrance, etc. of the church, which read “I Dop Dop Dop Dop Dop, Dop Dop, Dop Dop, which entered the church as a large way to enter the church.”
C. 2. Determination
A. 1) According to the above facts of recognition, the defendant set up a letter that slanders the plaintiff in the Twitter and the board to damage the plaintiff's honor and interfere with the plaintiff's worship. The plaintiff is responsible for the mental suffering suffered by the plaintiff due to the above tort. 2) The plaintiff slanders the plaintiff and takes a bath against the plaintiff during the time when the believers goes to the church for the purpose of worship.
