A A A A with a fine of KRW 2 million, Defendant B with a fine of KRW 1 million, Defendant C with a fine of KRW 700,000,000, and Defendant D.

Punishment of the crime

Although the Defendants were those who were the members of the FIE located in Young-si, and around December 17, 2017, G, the FIE member of the FIE, who was suspected of the suspicion of financial embezzlement, had been aware of for three months, the Defendants were dissatisfied with the defective G in order to find it in the above church and to supervise worship around February 6, 2018.

1. Defendant A, B, and C around April 1, 2018, around the container entrance, which was used as a restaurant located adjacent to the above church distribution building, Defendant A, B, and C interfered with the towing of vessels by way of: (a) the pastor G entered the said container for towing a week; (b) the entrance door is closed; and (c) the G shuts down the front of G to prevent G from entering the container.

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired and interfered with towing.

2. On May 6, 2018, Defendants A, B, and D interfered with the worship by: (a) around the container entrance that was used as a restaurant of the above church; (b) around a week in order to make a pastor G enter the G’s company house for towing a week; (c) opening the entrance door; and (d) preventing G from entering the company house by blocking the front of the G from entering the company house.

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired and interfered with towing.

3. On July 1, 2018, Defendants A and B interfered with the worship by: (a) in front of the container entrance that was used as a restaurant of the above church; (b) in order to make a pastor G enter the house of G for towing a week; (c) opening the entrance door; and (d) preventing G from entering the house by blocking the front of G from entering the house.

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired and interfered with towing.

4. Defendant A and the Defendants: (a) around July 8, 2018, G along with the members of the church, reported that they run towing at the front of the church; (b) Defendant C parked in the front of the church with his own low-speed car, and then has a large frame of the voice of clothes after parking it in the front of the members of the church; and (c) Defendant A told the victim of the phrase “Segrgrgrging”.
