A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On July 27, 2015, the Defendant received a proposal that “I would pay money if I withdraw money from the corporate account after obtaining a certificate of the corporate seal impression card by forging an application for the re-issuance of a corporate seal impression card, and obtaining a certificate of the corporate seal impression to re-issue it, using the corporate seal card.”

1. On July 27, 2015, the Defendant forged private documents: around 13:17, 106 Gwangju Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju District Court’s civil petition office, 106 Gwangju-gu, stating “A (H and Seo-gu, 102 Dong 705)” on the application form for the re-issuance of the seal imprint Card which is kept at the place, “trade name: D: headquarters E, 209, Ansan-si, Gyeonggi-do: F: card sharing office, media classification card, and password: G: the applicant’s seal imprint registration card: after stating “A (H and Seo-gu, 102 Dong 705)”, stating that “A (H and Seo-gu, Gwangju-gu, 102 Dong 705)” and the above person delegated all the authority to apply for the re-issuance, and affixed a seal imprint under the name of the limited liability company that received from the name next to the name of the above F, and affixed a seal imprint.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising authority, the Defendant forged an application for re-issuance, such as a seal imprint card, which is a private document about the certification of the name C representative director F of the limited company.

2. On July 27, 2015, the Defendant submitted an application for re-issuance, such as a forged personal seal card, at the place prescribed in paragraph (1) at the above paragraph (1) at the same time, to a public official who is not aware of the fact that the application was duly completed.

3. The Defendant committed fraud with intent to withdraw money from the corporate account with a corporate seal imprint certificate issued through a forged corporate identification card as mentioned in paragraph (1).
