On February 2015, NO, the defendant AI, and NR have forged an application for the re-issuance of a corporate seal imprint card to re-issue the seal imprint card, issued a corporate seal imprint card with the corporate seal imprint card, and proposed that they withdraw money from the corporate account and divide it into two. NS approved this proposal.
Accordingly, the Defendants provided a certified transcript of corporate register to NS, and NS shared the role of the Defendants in receiving the re-issuance of corporate seal cards by forging the application form for the re-issuance of corporate register by using the certified transcript of corporate register.
1. According to the foregoing conspiracy, in order to have a corporate seal card reissued in front of the Jeonju District Court's 59, the Jeonju District Court's 59, Namwon-si, Namwon-si, Seoul, on March 6, 2015, the Defendants kept a certified copy of the NTS corporate register and a seal affixed to the NS in order to have the corporate seal card reissued.
NS stated "trade name: NT, registration number: NU, head office of Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, NV 3rd 3rd 3rd 26, in the form of re-issuance, such as a seal card, which has been kept in that place using a verification-type sign, and indicated in the form of an application for re-issuance: The card division, media classification card, and password: NX: 'NX'; 'in-house director NW and agent NS'; 'NS (NS)' in the letter of delegation at the end of the application; 'NS (NY, Gwangju Seo-gu NZ), the above person delegated all the authority on the application for re-issuance, receipt of the seal imprint card, etc. indicated in the application for re-issuance, and affixed a seal imprint under the name of NTS in the name of the above NW.
Accordingly, the Defendants, without authority, forged an application for re-issuance, such as a seal imprint card, which is a private document with respect to a certificate of fact in the name of NT in collusion with NS and NR, and signed from March 6, 2015 to July 31, 2015.
