Defendant
A shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendant A, on February 2015, 2015, had forged an application for the re-issuance of a corporate seal card, had the corporate seal card reissued, had the corporate seal card issued by using the seal imprint card, and then withdrawn and divided money from the corporate account using it, and then the Defendant, using the certified transcript of corporate register received from accomplices in the registration office, provided that he would take charge of forging an application for re-issuance of a corporate seal card and receiving the re-issuance of the corporate seal card by forging it through the certified copy of corporate register.
1. On July 31, 2015, Defendant A received the certified transcript of register and the seal of “stock company” from accomplices in order to receive a re-issuance of a corporate seal card from Bosung-gun, Bosung-gun, Bosung-gun, Bosung-gun, Bosung-gun, Bosung-gun.

A on its job, “trade name: Co., Ltd., Ltd., registration number: 027842; head office: 027842; Da, 301 of Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Gyeonggi-do: Title D, 301; and reason for issuance: E: Card sharing, media classification, and password: F; and the applicant’s seal imprint: E and A’s agent’s seal imprint: (i) stated “A” (G, Seo-gu, Seo-gu) in the letter of delegation at the end of the application; (ii) delegated all rights concerning the application for the issuance, receipt, etc. of the seal imprint card, etc. recorded in the said application; and (iii) stated “E” in the name of the reporter of the seal imprint.
Defendant A continued to affix a seal on the above C name from the co-offenders next to the name of the above E (applicant’s seal imprint investment column and the registered seal imprint column).
Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising authority, the Defendant, without authority, forged an application for re-issuance, such as a seal imprint card, which is a private document on the certification of the name C Representative E, and was recorded in the attached Table I from March 20, 2015 to the date and time.
