A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On May 8, 2015, the Defendant, in collusion with B, etc., stated “A” (H, Seo-gu I, and the above person on the application form for re-issuance, such as a seal card kept therein at the public service center of the public service center of the 106 Gwangju District Court, as “mutual name: D building E, Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government: representative director F, media classification card, and password: G, and stated “A” as at the end of the application form, stating “A (H, Seo-gu I, and the above person as at the end of the application form, and delegated all the authority on the application form for the re-issuance and the receipt thereof, stating “F” as at the end of the application form, and affixed a seal imprint in the name of F, affixed a seal imprint C in the name of the representative director.
Accordingly, the Defendant, in collusion with B, etc., forged an application for re-issuance of a seal imprint card, etc., which is a private document with respect to the certification of the fact in the name of C, and forged an application for re-issuance of a seal imprint card, etc. for a total of 15 times from May 8, 2015 to July 1, 2015, respectively, as shown in the attached list I.
2. The Defendant, in collusion with B, etc., submitted an application for re-issuance of a forged seal imprint card to a public official in charge of not knowing that the application was duly completed in order to have a corporate seal imprint card in the name of the Bank of Korea, in a time and place as referred to in paragraph (1).
Accordingly, from May 8, 2015 to July 1, 2015, the Defendant submitted an application for re-issuance of forged seal cards, etc. 15 times in total, as shown in Appendix I, from May 8, 2015 to July 1, 2015, and used it.
3. The Defendant, in collusion with B, etc. on June 4, 2015, is a corporation which acquired through an application for re-issuance, such as a forged seal card, etc. at the K Bank Credit Center located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.
