Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendants conspired with C to forge another person’s resident registration certificate and to open the cell phone in the name of another person at the mobile phone sales store and to acquire the device by fraud.

1. Forgery of public documents and the uttering of forged public documents;

A. On November 2014, the Defendants and C, who forged public document, sent C’s evidentiary photographs and F’s personal information on the nominal owner to a forged resident registration certificate via Internet e-mail (E-MAI) at the beginning of Seocho-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, on the first time. Around that time, the Defendants and C, on the part of the Defendant, sent the forged public document to the Defendant, one copy of the resident registration certificate stating “F” in the name column, “G” in the resident registration number column, “G” in the resident registration number column, and “Seoul Special Metropolitan City Gwangjin-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City,” and “the head of Gwangjin-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City Office” in the publication date column, respectively.

Accordingly, the Defendants forged a resident registration certificate of F in the name of the head of Gwangjin-gu, a public document, for the purpose of uttering in collusion with C.

B. At around 19:20 on November 19, 2014, the Defendants conspired with C in collusion with the “J”, which is located in Gunsan-si I, presented and exercised the F’s resident registration certificate of F, a forged official document, as seen above, in order to verify his identity by using the cell phone opening to the point of the Defendants. 2) In collusion with C, the Defendants in collusion with C, which is located in K in Gun-si, on December 5, 2014 at “L” on December 17:06, 2014, and used it by presenting to the point of origin a cell phone opening of the forged official document as if they were actually issued with the resident registration certificate of F, a forged official document, to verify his identity.

2. Forgery of private documents and the display of private documents;

A. On November 19, 2014, the Defendants in collusion with C to forge the private document and uttering the falsified document, and at around November 19, 2019:20 on November 19, 2014, the written organization is written in two copies of the application form for accession kept therein.
