1. The Defendant is the Chuncheon District Court with respect to the Plaintiff’s share of 413/50 of the 5071m2, which is the 5071m2 prior to Gangseo-gun C.

In full view of the purport of Gap evidence Nos. 1-20 and the purport of the argument, the defendant completed the provisional registration of the right to claim ownership transfer on January 24, 2002 by the Cheongcheon District Court of Chuncheon as the receipt No. 1060 on January 24, 2002 with regard to the portion of 413/50 of the total 5071m2 in Gangwon-gun, Gangwon-gun, Masung-gun, Gangwon-do, Seoul. The above company completed the additional registration of the transfer of the right under the provisional registration as of December 16, 2005 to the plaintiff as of December 16, 2005, and the plaintiff can recognize the fact that he exercised the right to complete the purchase and sale reservation on December 16, 2008.

Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to implement the registration procedure for ownership transfer on the ground of the completion of the pre-sale agreement on December 16, 2008 with respect to the above shares to the Plaintiff.

The plaintiff's claim shall be accepted on the grounds of its reasoning.
