1. As to the Plaintiff’s share of 92/1,009,785 square meters among the forest land B in Gangwon-gun, Gangwon-do, and 1,009,785 square meters.

According to the purport of each of the statements and arguments as to Gap's evidence Nos. 1 through 5, the defendant completed provisional registration of the right to claim transfer of ownership as to the portion of 92/1,009,785 square meters of shares owned by the defendant with respect to 1,009,785 square meters of forest land B in Gangseo-gun, Gangwon-do (hereinafter "the land in this case"), which was completed as of July 6, 2005 by 11280, Chuncheon District Court Crossing-si Office, the provisional registration of the right to claim transfer of ownership as to the portion of 331/1,009,785, which was completed as of August 27, 2008 by the same registry office as of the portion of 331/1,09,785, respectively, and the pre-contract for sale and purchase of the previous provisional registration was completed on July 3, 2008, respectively.

Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to implement each procedure for transfer registration of ownership on July 13, 201, based on the provisional registration of ownership transfer claim completed by the Chuncheon District Court No. 11280 on July 6, 2005 with respect to share of 92/1,00 of the instant land, for the Plaintiff based on the provisional registration of ownership transfer claim completed on July 3, 2008, which was completed on July 3, 2008 by the Kancheon District Court No. 1615, Aug. 27, 2008.
