1. The Defendant shall have jurisdiction over Chuncheon District Court with respect to the Plaintiff’s share of 992/6,793 square meters in the 6,793 square meters prior to Gangseo-gun C.

According to the purport of evidence Nos. 15 and 2-39 of evidence Nos. 15 and 2-39, the defendant is the owner who completed the registration of ownership transfer on Jan. 5, 2002 with respect to the land of this case 6,793 square meters (hereinafter "the land of this case"), which was received on Jan. 5, 2002. The defendant completed the registration of ownership transfer on Jan. 24, 2002 to the Chuncheon District Office of Gyeongcheon-si (hereinafter "the corporation of this century") as the receipt of No. 1060 on Jan. 24, 2002. The non-party company promised to sell the price share of 92/6,793 of the land of this case to the plaintiff on the same day to 1,50,000,000 won, and the defendant agreed to complete the registration of ownership transfer to the plaintiff on Jan. 24, 2002.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
