Punishment of the crime

On May 15, 2014, at around 23:10, the Defendant driven B Mt Motor Vehicles at a distance of about 100 meters from the front of the Angrasium in front of the Maz-dong in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, to the front of the Angrasium located in the same Dong, in a state of 0.141% alcohol concentration.
