When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On June 4, 2014, at around 0.10, the Defendant driven a 200% niversous vehicle from a distance of about 4 kilometers to the front road of the Geumcheon-si in the Geumcheon-si, Geumcheon-gu, Geumcheon-si in the direction of alcohol 0.147% of the blood alcohol concentration.
