When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On March 8, 2014, at around 00:26, the Defendant driven the B rocketing vehicle from the top of the commercial building located in the new-dong, Jung-gu, Incheon, Jung-gu to the top of the Dongcheon-dong, Jung-gu, Incheon, at approximately one kilometer in the direction of 0.28% alcohol concentration.
