If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

On March 10, 2013, at around 10:40, the Defendant driven Bho XG car in the state of alcohol alcohol concentration of about 1 0.111% on the front road of the Ansann-dong, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, with approximately 1km up to the road prior to the same 1243-3.
