Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. No person shall damage or fire a road, waterway, or bridge, or obstruct traffic by other means;

From June 2, 2011, the Defendant, from around 20:40 on June 2, 201, participated in the “candlelightlightlight assembly”, which is an unreported assembly, along with 700 college students, etc. in the Republic of Korea, in front of the Seoul Jongno-gu Seoul Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Sejong branch office.

The Defendant, along with 300 participants in the assembly, moved from 22:00 to 22:10 of the same day from 22:0 to 22:10 of the same day to the subway station in the subway station in the above location, and, at the front of the luminous post office, the Defendant driven along the four lanes prior to the luminous road in front of the luminous post office and obstructed the traffic of the vehicle.

In addition, the Defendant, from June 2, 201 to August 20, 2011, 4 times from around June 2, 201 to around August 20, in collusion with the participants in the assembly and obstructed general traffic in collusion with the participants in the assembly by occupying the roads in Seoul urban center over four occasions, such as the list of crimes.

2. On June 7, 201, from around 19:05 to 21:50 the same day, the Defendant violated the Assembly and Demonstration Act: (a) was requested by the head of the Nam-gu Police Station to dissolve himself on the ground of the unreported outdoor assembly, such as participating in the unreported assembly claiming the reduction of the registration fee for the university; (b) the number of members, etc. belonging to the Central Student Union of the 21st century; and (c) the number of members, etc. who participated in the unreported assembly claiming the reduction of the registration fee for the university; and (d) the head of the Nam-gu Police Station’s guard who was authorized by the chief of the Nam-gu Police Station and the head of the non-reported outdoor assembly on the ground of the unreported outdoor assembly at around 19:38 on the same day; and (e) the Defendant was ordered to dissolve him on the same day from around 19:55 on the same day to around 20:14 on the same day; and (e) the Defendant was ordered
