Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant (C), D, and E) is an illegal private horse site that was established to transmit a racing distribution rate, racing screen and voice, computer program work (including electronic documents related to horse information) on the Internet homepage without prior consent of a marina society.

It is not possible to gambling using a racing conducted by a marina society at such illegal private horse site.

Nevertheless, after joining the above site as a member, the Defendant deposited KRW 200,000,00, which was used for operating the gambling site using the Industrial Bank of Korea account G in neighboring PCs, etc., in which the Defendant was driving the F building 311 residential areas and freight cars of the Kimhae-si, Kim Jong-si on March 24, 2012, and deposited KRW 200,000,000, which was used for operating the gambling site using the Bank account G in the name of the Defendant, and was charged for cyber money corresponding thereto, and was paid a refund according to the fixed dividend rate in case of the racing of the Seoul, Busan, and Jeju-si, which was conducted by the Mar society, and was paid a refund according to the results of the games.

As such, from March 24, 2012 to October 13, 2012, the Defendant: (a) transferred total of KRW 10,420,00 to the gambling site account; and (b) provided gambling by means of receiving a total of KRW 7,105,000 from April 13, 2012 to September 21, 2012.
