A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. No person, other than the Korean Marin society due to the operation of an illegal private horse center, shall commit any act similar to the riding voting in connection with a racing conducted by a marina society to allow the enemy to commit any act to pay property or property gains;

From October 2014 to June 14, 2015, the Defendant purchased a horse race ticket of the horse race track conducted in Seoul, Busan, and Jeju horse race track in the Republic of Korea, from around 2010 to around 14, 2015, and operated a business by purchasing approximately KRW 9 million per week using the above program and allowing the said person to pay dividends if he/she bought a horse race ticket in Korea, which is equipped with a “Amba,” where dividends are calculated according to the result of the racing, with two computers, remittance and three computers for customer management, and seven monitors.

2. No person who violates the provisions of Korean Marina Act due to gambling using a racing conducted by a marina society shall gambling by using a racing conducted by a marina society;

Nevertheless, from June 12, 2015 to June 14, 2015, the Defendant operated an illegal private horse center as seen above, and took advantage of the racing operated by a marina society by selling 6 million won after having access to the illegal horse site (C) operated by a person who was not registered by using a computer installed in that place.
