Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On March 29, 2018, the Defendant used the gap in the D Bus “C bus stops” located in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government around 19:20 on March 29, 2018, in which the passengers are congested, the Defendant pushed the victim E (a person, fel, 35 years of age) with the victim’s right tamp, after the victim’s back, the Defendant pushed the victim’s sexual flag.

Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act against the victim in a bus which is a place where the public is concentrated.

1. The defendant and his defense counsel asserts to the effect that the defendant did not commit an indecent act against the victim, and that if there was contact with the victim, contact with the victim would have led to the defendant's kern.

In light of the following circumstances acknowledged by the evidence duly adopted and investigated by this court, the victim saw that the victim was her son, while making a telephone conversation within a bus at an investigative agency, and the victim stated that he was her sexually, rather than handphones. The defendant was her son or handphone, and the victim was her son at the rear side of the victim's bus when she was on board the bus at first, and the victim was her son by hand. However, in light of the following circumstances, the defendant was her son at the left side of the victim's side, but the defendant was her son at the next stop, and the location of the defendant appears to have moved to the right side of the victim, and the victim was her son at the right side while making a telephone conversation, and the defendant was her her son at the time of the victim's her scambling, and the defendant was her her son at the time of the victim's allegation to the purport that the victim was her her.
