A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 2017, the Defendant boarded the E bus operated in the direction of her mountain village at the bus stops near the D hotel located in Daegu Suwon-gu, Daegu-gu, in the middle of 18:30, and attached the Defendant’s sexual flag to the her her her her her m, following the victim F (V, 16 years old).

2. On March 1, 2017, around 18:30, the Defendant boarded the E bus that is operated in the direction of her mountain direction at a bus stops near the above D hotel, and was pushed down to the her tack of the victim F (V, 16 years old), following the bus and the victim F (V, 16 years old).

3. On May 19, 2017, at around 18:30, the Defendant boarded the E bus operated in the direction of a mountain village at the bus stops near the above D D hotel, and attached the Defendant’s sexual flag to his/her her mare, following the bus, and the victim G (V, 16 years old).

4. On May 2, 2017, around 18:30, the Defendant boarded the E bus operated in the direction of a mountain village at the bus stops near the above D D hotel, and attached the Defendant’s sexual flag to his/her her meast, following the bus’s bus and the victim G (V, 16 years old).

Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act against two victims in a bus which is a means of public transportation four times.

Article 62-2 of the Criminal Act, Article 16(2) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes, where a conviction against the defendant is finalized on the criminal facts in the judgment that constitute a sex offense subject to registration to be registered, the defendant shall be subject to Article 42(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes.
