Reasons
1. On April 26, 2017, from around 18:34 to around 18:38, the Defendant committed an indecent act in a way that contacts the Defendant’s sexual organ, which was discovered in his/her her her mar, with the inner bus and the rear side of the victim D (her mar, 22 years of age, and her mar).
2. Determination
A. The prosecutor bears the burden of proving the criminal facts prosecuted in a criminal trial, and the conviction should be based on the evidence with probative value that makes the judge feel true to the extent that there is no reasonable doubt.
