Punishment of the crime

The Defendants entered into an employment contract with the victim AM (compet) companies located in the former metropolitan bus service center located in the Seoul metropolitan bus center of the Democratic Nowon-gu Seoul metropolitan transportation labor union branch (hereinafter “victim company”) and were employed as the bus officers on April 13, 2013.
