Punishment of the crime

The Defendants entered into an employment contract with the victim limited-liability company (hereinafter “victim company”) that belongs to the Seoul metropolitan bus office located in the Seoul metropolitan bus office of the Democratic Nowon-gu Seoul metropolitan transportation labor union branch, and worked as a bus engineer. On April 13, 2013, the Defendants received group text messages from the Defendants to “the case where the representative director of theO and the members Q Q of the union members belonging to the above union members of the former metropolitan bus management committee are shocking down due to the improvement of the P of the above union members of the former metropolitan bus management committee, etc. to hold a meeting at the level of an agreement.” On the other hand, the Defendants received group text messages from the Defendants to “the case where the members Q of the union members belonging to the above union members of the former metropolitan bus management committee turn back to the place of assembly.” On the other hand, they received group text messages to interfere with the bus operation business of the damaged company by collectively turning the bus into a garage.

The Defendants conspired with N, at the above Trade Union office located in the Jeonju on April 13, 2013, N used the computer with the direction of R, and sent to the Defendants a text message, “The 14:0 am to the front end of the construction phase, 15:30 am to the Ministry of Labor,” and “the end of the next strike: am to the end of each company’s garage, bus storage at each company’s garage, 15:30 am to the Ministry of Labor,” and the Defendants moved to a garage by stopping bus operation without disregarding the operation courses set on the same day as indicated in the annexed Crime List.

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired with N and interfered with the bus operation business of the victimized company.
