Punishment of the crime

The Defendants entered into an employment contract with the victim limited-liability company (hereinafter “victim company”) company located in the Seoul metropolitan bus located in the Seoul metropolitan bus branch of the Democratic Nowon-gu Seoul metropolitan transportation labor union and worked as a bus engineer on April 13, 2013. On April 13, 2013, AL, the head of the above Nowon-gu branch, was the representative director of the AM car and the members of the Joint Urban bus Management Committee of the former metropolitan bus management committee, for the purpose of holding a meeting at the level of a clause on “the case where AO of the above union members of the former union, including tear of the tent in which the members of the former union are crypt, etc., with the aim of holding a meeting at the level of a clause on “the case where AM car's representative director and the former members of the Joint Urban bus Management Committee of the former union,” who sent to the Defendants around that time, received the text messages of the organization, and accordingly, received it to interfere with the business of

In collusion with AL, the Defendants sent a text message to the AL on April 13, 2013, at the above Trade Union Office located in the Jeonju, the AL ceased the bus operation on a full-time basis without disregarding the number of operational courses specified on the same day as specified in the attached Table of Crimes. The Defendants sent to the Defendants, using computers, a war of the front conference of the construction-oriented terrorism rules/members, a conference from 14:0 p.m. to 15:30 p.m., and a conference of the Ministry of Labor by 15:30 p.m., each company’s garage: the operation to the end point; and the Defendants sent a garage.

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired with AL and interfered with the bus operation business of the victimized company by force by stopping bus operation at a temporary time.
