Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A and the victim B are between tenants and the home owners.

1. On December 4, 2013, the Defendant: (a) was under the influence of alcohol at the house in Sacheon-si, Sacheon-si; (b) the police officer was at the site upon the victim B’s report; and (c) the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol at the house in Sacheon-si, Sacheon-si; and (d) the Defendant was under the influence of the victim’s front door door, thereby having a large number of outside glass windows with the victim’s door door, “Ia and Baa,” and caused the Defendant to shoulder the victim’s outside glass door.

Accordingly, the defendant damaged the victim B's market price of 40,000 won and damaged the victim B's market price of 40,000 won.

2. The Defendant continued to commit violence, after hearing sound of glass windows at the same time and place as that set forth in the preceding paragraph, followed the victim B, who was out of the Republic of Korea, “hicker,” which was inside the said place, and met with the victim’s bad finger hand.

Accordingly, the defendant committed violence against the victim B's body.
