Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] The Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two months on August 16, 2018 by the Seoul Northern District Court for the crime of causing special property damage, which became final and conclusive on August 24, 2018, and is currently under suspended sentence.

【Criminal Facts】

Considering the fact that the defendant's punishment was divided by selling the land owned by the deceased after his death of the defendant, the defendant continuously demanded the distribution of inherited property to his family, but there was a complaint that his family did not comply with it.

1. Destruction and damage of special property;

A. On November 15, 2018, around 18:50 on November 15, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around the house of the victim C (the 72-year-old) who was a type of the victim (the 72-year-old) located in Nowon-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, the Defendant: (b) destroyed and damaged the cement brick (the 19cm in total length) and the stone-frame (a 10cm in total) that was a dangerous object in the foundation of the victim on the ground that the victim did not open the door, on the ground that the victim was divided several times to meet the victim; (c) on the ground that the victim did not open the door.

B. On November 16, 2018, the Defendant returned to the same place as before and after November 16, 2018, at the same time as the preceding paragraph, and destroyed two stone studs ( approximately 10cm in length, approximately 13cm in each of the whole length), which are dangerous objects in the squad, due to the following reasons: (i) two stone straws ( approximately 10cm in each of the whole length, about 13cm in each of the straws of the victim’s house glass; and (ii) one copy of the favorable studs at the right side of the market value of the victim’s house, which is smaller than 30,000 won.

2.
