A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

(1) On November 17, 201, the Defendant had been sentenced to one year for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, etc. (hereinafter “Aggravated Punishment, etc.”) in his/her branch court in Gwangju District Court, and completed the execution of his/her sentence in his/her prison on September 23, 2012.

【Criminal Facts】 From April 1, 2013, the Defendant was living together with the victim C at the victim’s residence located in the Gangnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Ma, but the Defendant was not even living expenses, and the Defendant was not even living expenses. B. On June 22, 2013, around 06:40, the Defendant opened a entrance that was not set up in the victim’s residence and went to the door, and infringed on the victim’s residence.

C. On July 6, 2013, around 09:27, the Defendant: (a) prevented the entrance of the victim at the time of his/her residence; (b) obstructed the victim from leaving the entrance; and (c) invaded upon the victim’s residence by entering the entrance and leaving the entrance.

3. Refusal to eviction.

A. At around 09:40 on July 1, 2013, the Defendant expressed the victim’s desire to pay living expenses if he/she were to live together at the victim’s house at the victim’s home, and received a demand from the victim for a change from the victim.

However, the defendant does not leave the victim's place until the police officer dispatched by the victim's report at around 10:00 on the same day arrives, and does not leave the victim's place without justifiable grounds.
