Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant operates a 'C singing practice room' in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Sub-story, and no one shall operate a singing practice room in a school environmental sanitation cleanup zone.

Nevertheless, from March 1, 2014 to December 11, 2014, the Defendant operated the said singing practice room business at the same place within the relative Cleanup Zone among the Seodaemun Middle School Sanitation Cleanup Zone.
