When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

From March 1, 2014 to December 11, 2014, the Defendant operated a singing practice room business in Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu, Seoul, and the first basement, and operated a singing practice room business, which is prohibited in the environmental sanitation cleanup zone in the schools of D Middle Schools and E High Schools.
