Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall operate acts and facilities falling under the singing practice room business in school environmental sanitation and cleanup zones.

Nevertheless, from February 28, 2014 to January 14, 2015, the Defendant operated the “C” singing practice room on the first floor of Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan School Environmental Sanitation and Cleanup Zone.
