Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall install facilities in the school environmental sanitation and cleanup zone, such as bedclothess or small waves, which can be converted into the form of bedclothess, bed, or bed, by installing facilities similar thereto, such as smugglings or closed spaces or partitions, and shall set up a business where media products mainly for adults, such as adult video works, game products, and speculative game products, are likely to be distributed, and shall be determined by the Juvenile Protection Committee as "business prohibited from access to and employment for juveniles" and shall not have such facilities as telephone embankments publicly notified by the Minister of Gender Equality and Family.

Nevertheless, from January 7, 2014 to February 17, 2014, the Defendant: (a) installed 35 square meters away from B kindergarten to Busan Jin-gu C, about 83 meters away from B kindergarten; and (b) installed 10 square meters in the smuggling and operated a telephone room, which is a juvenile harmful facility, in the school environment sanitation and cleanup zone.
