Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. "2019 Highest 52";
A. When the Defendant escaped while investigating by fraud, etc. from an investigative agency, and was nominated, the Defendant forged another person’s identification card to use it.
In around the end of 2013, the Defendant: (a) called the name-disscepter who was searched and known through the Internet as the “act of forging a driver’s license”; (b) requested the forgery of a driver’s license under the name of another person; and (c) sent the Defendant’s photograph to the cell phone of the above name-dissceptist; (d) the name-dissceptist was named as the “motor vehicle driver’s license”, “name: B, C, address: E on the plastic card in which the same location as the driver’s license is located at the place in the name of the said name-dissceptist; and (e) the period of aptitude test: E on September 15, 2015; and (e) called the “Seoul Commissioner of the Local Police Agency” with the official of the Seoul Commissioner of the Seoul Local Police Agency, forged a driver’
Accordingly, the defendant forged one driver's license of automobile B in the name of the director of the Seoul National Police Agency, a public document, for the purpose of exercising his name in collusion with the person who was not injured
B. Around June 2015, the Defendant presented to the said G a forged public document driver’s license, which is a forged public document, as described in the foregoing paragraph (1), to find a job at H of G in Ansan-si F, and exercised it as if he were issued a genuinely.
C. On January 30, 2016, at the J office of the victim G management in Ansan-si, the Defendant employed the victim as executive director in the company, “K,” which completed the development of the victim’s styp product, as an executive director, the Defendant: (a) granted from K to B the right to manufacture the product;
Machines necessary for the manufacture of products, as it establishes a corporation and causes K to produce and sell K's products.
