1.『2019고단127』 피고인은 2018. 11. 30.경 성남시 중원구 I에 있는 피고인의 주거지에서, 인터넷 중고물품 거래사이트인 J에 접속하여 “애플 에어팟 블루투스 이어폰을 판매한다”는 취지의 글을 게시한 후 이를 보고 연락한 피해자 K에게 “10만 원을 선입금하여 주면 택배로 배송해주겠다”고 기망하여 이에 속은 피해자로부터 같은 날 피고인 명의 L 계좌(M)로 10만 원을 송금받아 편취한 것을 비롯하여 별지2 범죄일람표 기재와 같이 피해자 34명으로부터 합계 7,804,000원을 송금받아 편취하였다.

2.
