A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

The defendant shall pay 113,500 won to the applicant through fraud.

Punishment of the crime

[Criminal record] On April 20, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to four months of imprisonment for fraud at the Incheon District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence on June 13, 2017.

On February 21, 2018, Defendant 2018, Defendant 3464 sold “G’s “G’s” contact diskettes to the Twitter, an Internet social network service (SNS) in the Bwitter on February 21, 2018.

However, even if the defendant received money, he did not have the intention or ability to send the above contact diskettes.

Nevertheless, the defendant deceiving the victim as above and received KRW 113,50 from the victim's corporate bank account (E) in the name of the defendant and received KRW 113,500 from the victim to March 6, 2018, and received KRW 458,500 in total from four persons, such as the list of crimes (2) in the attached Table, from March 6, 2018.

On December 22, 2017, Defendant 2018, Defendant 4628 sells I Twit Boxes to the Twitter (SNS) Internet Social Relations Network Services (SNS) in the Bwitter on December 22, 2017.
