1. On November 3, 2018, at a store located in Gangnam-si B, the Defendant posted a letter stating that “The sales of the E community container” is connected to the Doning room by using the Defendant’s mobile phone, and that the Defendant would sell the Doring ticket if the Defendant sent the Doring number to the victim F who contacted with the Defendant.
However, the defendant did not have a ticket so that he did not have the intention or ability to sell the ticket even if he received the fin number of the right of cultural products to the victim.

2. Nevertheless, as above, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received 50,000 won in the name of the purchase price in the IB bank account (J) in the name of the Defendant on the same day from the victim.
The Defendant, on November 1, 2018, prepared a letter of “E community service Contacts” by linking the building in Gangnam-si, Lho Lake-si, and G to the “M” and reporting it to the Defendant.
