A as the representative director of Defendant B Co., Ltd., which is the Busan Dong-gu E building and livestock product-import business entity in 102, a person who imports, processes, distributes, and sells both meat (float products) and Defendant B is a corporation established for the purpose of importing, wholesale, and selling both meat.
1. Defendant A
(a) No one who stores or sells any livestock product with the circulation deadline and any livestock product shall sell, or process, process, pack, use, import, store, transport or display for sale, any livestock product, the distribution deadline indicated on the relevant livestock product;
그럼에도 피고인은 주식회사 B 사무실 내의 냉동 보관 창고에 보관하고 있던 판매를 목적으로 수입한 축산물( 양고기) 인 ‘F’ 제품의 유통 기한이 임박하게 되자, 위 제품의 제조 연월일 및 유통 기한을 임의로 제작( 인쇄) 하여 박스 포장에 재부착하고, 위 엡체 냉동 보관 창고에 부관하여 두고 판매하기로 마음먹었다.
