Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

[Status of the Defendant] The Defendant is a state public official as a middle school teacher.

1. On May 19, 2014, the title “G” on the bulletin board of “P” among the E-Union’s website, proposed the second teachers’ declaration by asserting that the 43 teachers’ declaration of life-sustaining on May 13, 2014 was justifiable and that the disciplinary policy of the Ministry of Education against the said 43 teachers was unreasonable, and posted a letter to the effect that teachers to participate in the declaration will interfere with contact by using e-mail and cellular phone.

On May 20, 2014, I, as a naval teacher, posted a statement of comments to the effect that “The consenting teachers express their opinions to participate in the posts and make it possible to collect them and put it up on the free bulletin board of the audience homepage.”

On May 21, 2014, the Marine Teachers J expressed its intention to participate in the above posts, and then the people wish to participate in the K (L) that they opened for smooth discussion.The 79 teachers, including the defendant, expressed their intention to participate in the post as a joint signature in accordance with D's proposal.

On May 28, 2014, the N of M High School Teachers (hereinafter “O”) connected to the Blux website (WWW.presid.go.kr) and posted a teachers’ declaration under the title “O” under the joint signature of 80 teachers who expressed N themselves and other intent to participate on the free bulletin board (hereinafter “the second teachers’ declaration”).

On the same day, the above I posted the notice of the above teacher's declaration on the “P” bulletin board among the E-Union's website, linked the address of the Bluan website to the address of the Bluan website, and requested the preparation of the teachers' declaration posted on the said free bulletin board, such as "Visits, character of official seal, comments," etc.

On May 13, 2014, the above teacher's declaration argues that the legitimacy of the first teacher's declaration posted on the Cheongdae website on the free bulletin board is legitimate and against the present government.
