Defendant shall be punished by a fine not exceeding seven million won.
If the above fine is not paid, 50,000 won shall be converted into one day.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On January 9, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for fraud at the Seoul Western District Court and was serving in Seoul Southern District Court on February 20, 2014, and the execution of the sentence was completed on February 20, 2014 and the same criminal records were 43 times.

1. On March 26, 2014, the Defendant, from around 12:30 to 21:30 of the same day, committed the crime, from around 12:30 on March 26, 2014, to around 21:30 on March 26, 2014, from the “hPC” in the operation of the victim G located in Seo-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, to around 21:30 on March 26, 2014, used the victim’s computer by deceiving the victim.
However, even if the above PC computer was used, the defendant did not have any intention or ability to pay the service fee.
Accordingly, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, used the said PC computer and did not pay 10,000 won for the use fee, thereby obtaining pecuniary benefits equivalent to the said amount.
3. On March 31, 2014, from around 18:17 to April 1, 2014, the Defendant, from around 05:20 to around 05:20, committed the crime, from around 18:17 on March 31, 2014, to around 05:20 on the “KPC” in the operation of the Victim JJ located in Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon, for the use of the victim’s computer.
However, even if the above PC computer is used, the defendant will or ability to pay user fees.
