Accordingly, the Defendant was provided with services equivalent to 16,000 won using PC by deceiving the victim as above.

Accordingly, the Defendant did not pay a sum of 16,400 won per 13,800 won and 2,600 won per 13,800 won per 1 and 2,600 won per 1,00 won by deceiving the victim.
