All appeals by prosecutors are dismissed.

1. Summary of grounds for appeal;

A. Defendant 1) misunderstanding of facts at the time of the instant case, the Defendant was only the victim to prevent the victim from suffering from suffering an elevator, and did not intentionally inflicted an injury on the victim, but the lower court found the Defendant guilty of the instant facts charged, which erred by misapprehending the facts and adversely affecting the conclusion of the judgment. B. The lower court’s sentencing against the Defendant by the Prosecutor is too unfortunate and unreasonable.

2.
