A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for five years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Criminal facts

1. On September 14, 2014, around 02:30 on Sept. 14, 2014, the Defendant was aboard the said apartment elevator with a view to finding out that the victim D (at the age of 21) returned home from a mixed taxi and following the victim.

While the victim does not immediately enter the house immediately after getting off from the elevator and calls from the corridor to mobile phone, the defendant concealed in the stairs, and discovered that the victim opens the gate and enters the house, and entered the gate as soon as the gate closes.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's residence.

2. On September 20, 2014, around 01:25, the Defendant discovered that the victim F (the 39-year-old age) was going to go to the central stairs of the mixed commercial building and followed the victim.

The Defendant: (a) was going up by the victim’s rear who was going up with the above stairs of the commercial building; and (b) was finished with the second floor stairs of the commercial building; (c) the victim’s head debt was cut down by hand from the victim’s back to the victim’s second floor; and (d) the victim cut off to the lower 3.8m height below the stairs of about 3.8m height; and (e) the victim suffered injury, such as a stringing the right frame, for about seven weeks.

Accordingly, the Defendant inflicted an injury upon the victim by assaulting him.

3. On September 20, 2014, around 21:47, the Defendant discovered that the victim I (in female, 23 years of age) returned home and followed the victim in the H’s neighboring circumstances located in G in G in lightyang-si around September 20, 2014.

The victim entered the password at the entrance of J apartment 1st floor, and opened the door, and the defendant followed the victim as soon as possible before the door is closed, and intruded into the above apartment building.

The defendant has been waiting for an elevator on the first floor after the victim's waiting for an elevator, so that he can prevent him from suffering by a satisfe or by a sudden hand.
