A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

1. Public performance and obscene;

A. At around 09:30 on July 8, 2012, the Defendant: (a) reported that the victim D (here, 20 years of age) returned home, and went into the entrance, following the victim waiting for an elevator, carried the victim’s sexual organ, thereby openly obscenity at the entrance of the apartment where many unspecified people pass through.

B. Around 23:00 on August 5, 2012, the Defendant: (a) boarded on an elevator following the Victim F (F) in front of the elevator of the first floor, E Apartment 202, 202, 199; and (b) performed self-defense in the following back of the victim; and (c) the victim, who was discharged from the third floor, performed self-defense in front of the victim’s house, thereby openly obciating it in front of the victim’s front door.

C. On August 9, 2012, the Defendant: (a) on August 19, 2012, around 19:31, on the first floor of G G Building, carried in an elevator following the victim’s name unrested growth, who was a first-year student in middle school before the first floor elevator of G Building, and (b) reported the victim’s seat in the elevator seat, and (c) made a patent obscene act in an apartment elevator through which many unspecified people pass by using a method of self-defenseing one’s sexual organ immediately following the victim’s right back

2. On August 10, 2012, the Defendant committed indecent act by compulsion on the part of the victim H (the age of 19) before the elevator of the E apartment 219-dong 219-dong 1st, with the victim’s desire to take a bath, and followed by the victim’s behind the elevator, and then used the victim’s self-defense in the aftermath of his sexual organ.
