Pursuant to the former Land Improvement Project Act (amended by Act No. 948 of Dec. 31, 1961, which was repealed by Act No. 948 of Jan. 12, 1970) the name of the "Land Improvement Cooperative" changed from the "Repair Cooperative" to the "Land Improvement Cooperative" was amended by the former Agricultural Community Corporation Act (amended by Act No. 2199 of Jan. 12, 1970, which was repealed by Act No. 2077 of Dec. 29, 1995), the name was changed to the "Land Improvement Cooperative" pursuant to Article 3 of the Addenda to the Farmland Improvement Association Act of 1961 (amended by Act No. 5759 of Feb. 5, 199), and the name was changed to the "Agricultural Community Corporation" under Article 25 of the Addenda to the former Agricultural Community Corporation and Farmland Management Fund Act (amended by Act No. 5759 of Jan. 12, 200.
