A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant, while requesting the installation of cable costs prior to fabrication of a private document, had the person who was in the custody of the cable pipeline installation engineer receive the application under B’s name, and had the person who was in the custody of the cable pipeline.

On January 14, 2011, the Defendant: (a) called the Defendant’s house located in the Incheon Sporo-gun, Incheon, for the installation of water purifiers, etc. at the call center; and (b) made the Nong Bank’s resident registration number and the Nong Bank’s account number in B’s name enter into a rental agreement; (c) around the 17th day of the same month, the Defendant signed the Defendant’s house “B” on the lower contract and the acceptance confirmation column issued by the Defendant’s construction engineer at the above Defendant’s house using a color pen to read “B” on January 17, 201, “B”, “B” and “B” on the signature column.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged a siren lease agreement in the name of private document B, which is a private document on rights and obligations.

2. Around January 17, 2011, the Defendant, at the above Defendant’s home, issued a rental agreement, which was forged as above, as if it were duly formed, to the erogian installer who was unaware of the circumstances.
